Box of Kisses (1-25-09)
Here is the sketch for the second assignment. The idea is that a father lost his daughter at a very young age and one holiday before she died she gave him the biggest gift ever. It was an empty box to the visible eye, but was full of kisses. After her death the father opened the box every night and took a kiss to remember her everlasting love. (very sad story)
She's going to be a ghost in the final concept. currently she's blocked in heavily to indicate her posture and position in the composition. I need help figuring out a good color theme for the father, the light coming out of the box, the girl, and the background? Input is highly encouraged :)
